This Information Notice has been prepared by Hive-T-Bot.com (Hive-T-Bot) as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to explain the principles regarding the processing of personal data.

Retention Period of Personal Data

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and throughout the limitation periods stipulated in relevant legislation. After the period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed
• Requesting information if it has been processed
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its purpose
• Knowing the third parties to which it is transferred domestically or abroad
• Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data
• Requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data
• Requesting notification of correction, deletion, and destruction to third parties
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems
• Requesting compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

In order to exercise your rights mentioned above, you can submit your requests along with documents verifying your identity via email to kvkk@hivebott.com.

Applications will be concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
